27,000 RSF for 3 floors at 220 5th Avenue for Riskified, Inc. in conjunction with Stellar Management. YPI provided full lease support, design and construction management for the turnkey construction. The project was a collaboration with an Israeli based design team and a local construction team. The program features a hoteling benching desks, customized millwork and metal glass fronts/lockers, phone booths, Zoom enabled meeting rooms and sonos sound system. The 2nd Floor has a full size kitchen and town hall event space.
