A 23,000 RSF multi-level office space with customized millwork, open workstations, conference rooms, gym and showers. A collaboration between European and local designers, builders, artists and artisans. YPI provided lease support, design and construction project management. The program included private offices, internal stair, artwork, open workstations, meeting/conference rooms and pantry.
