Yvonne completed a Phase 1 site selection, cost, schedule and due diligence analysis for approx. 40,000 RSF for a multi-floor with stair stays in place scenario for Foursquare at 568 Broadway versus a new partial build or white box relocation. Yvonne advised on: the review of lease letter of intent/negotiation of Landlord construction; programming; test fits and program/lease requirements such as a large town hall space; electrical/HVAC requirements; after-hours function requirements. Foursquare is in the middle of a full design/build project with Two Trees at 50 West 23rd Street.
